　　我也有一个梦想。不比马丁·路德·金的那样宏大，但也意义非凡。
　　这个梦想不是宏大的政治宣言，也不是遥不可及的乌托邦。它很简单，却又那么沉重——我梦想有一天，我们阴霾国的人能像呼吸空气一样，自然而然地自由说话、自由倾听、自由分享。不再因为一句话、一个观点，就要小心翼翼地删改、隐藏，或干脆沉默。
　　我梦想有一天，在微信朋友圈、在短视频平台上，人们能畅所欲言，不用担心审核的利刃突然落下，不用反复斟酌哪个词会触碰红线。那些关于生活真实的观察、对社会的思考、对未来的困惑，都能被看见、被讨论，而不是被悄无声息地埋没。
　　我梦想有一天，像X这样的平台，不再需要VPN、obfuscation混淆技术、国际eSIM或各种绕弯子的工具，才能被普通人便捷访问。信息不再被单向过滤，每个人都能接触到多元的声音——好的、坏的、尖锐的、温和的——然后自己去判断、去辩论、去成长。Elon Musk收购X后，让这个平台变得更开放、更少人为干预，这让我看到了希望：原来，自由发言不是奢望，而是可以一点点争取的现实。
　　我梦想有一天，我们不再遗憾地说：“我有那么多想和其他阴霾国人说的话，却没有足够的影响力。” 每个普通人——不管你在纽约、新泽西，还是在国内的某个城市——都能通过持续输出真实内容，慢慢找到共鸣者。影响力不是大人物的专利，而是无数小声音汇聚成的雪球。今天你发的一条思考，可能明天就被转发给十个人；下个月，就在小圈子里引发讨论；长远看，它会改变一些人的视角。
　　我梦想有一天，我们的孩子，不再从小就学会“什么能说，什么不能说”。他们能在开放的环境中，学会独立思考、尊重不同意见、勇敢表达。判断一个人的标准，不在于他说了什么敏感话题，而是他的观点是否有逻辑、是否真诚、是否对社会有建设性。
　　这个梦想，深深扎根于对人类的尊重和对真理的追求。信息流动的自由，不是西方专属，也不是某个平台的特权。它是每个人追求更好生活的基本权利。现实中，防火墙依然存在，审核依然严格，VPN使用面临各种限制，甚至有传闻称将出现更严格的管控。但正因为如此，这个梦想才值得我们去守护、去推进。

I Have a Dream Too

I too have a dream. It may not be as grand as Martin Luther King Jr.’s, but it is equally profound in meaning.

This dream is not a grand political declaration, nor is it an unattainable utopia. It is simple, yet profoundly heavy — I dream that one day, the people of the Haze Nation will be able to speak freely, listen freely, and share freely, as naturally as breathing air. No longer will we have to cautiously edit, hide, or simply fall silent because of a single sentence or viewpoint.

I dream that one day, on WeChat Moments and short-video platforms, people will be able to speak openly without fearing the sudden blade of censorship, without repeatedly weighing which words might cross the red line. Genuine observations about life, reflections on society, and doubts about the future will all be seen and discussed, rather than quietly buried.

I dream that one day, platforms like X will no longer require VPNs, obfuscation technology, international eSIMs, or various roundabout methods for ordinary people to access them conveniently. Information will no longer be unilaterally filtered; everyone will be able to encounter diverse voices — good and bad, sharp and gentle — and then judge, debate, and grow for themselves. After Elon Musk acquired X, the platform became more open and subject to less human intervention. This has given me hope: freedom of speech is not a luxury, but a reality that can be gradually fought for.

I dream that one day, we will no longer say with regret, “I have so much I want to say to other people in the Haze Nation, but I don’t have enough influence.” Every ordinary person — whether you are in New York, New Jersey, or some city in the country — can persistently produce authentic content and gradually find those who resonate with them. Influence is not the monopoly of great figures; it is a snowball formed by countless small voices. The thought you post today may be forwarded to ten people tomorrow; next month, it may spark discussion in a small circle; in the long run, it will change some people’s perspectives.

I dream that one day, our children will no longer learn from a young age “what can be said and what cannot be said.” They will learn independent thinking, respect for differing opinions, and courageous expression in an open environment. The standard for judging a person will not lie in whether they touched on sensitive topics, but in whether their views are logical, sincere, and constructive to society.

This dream is deeply rooted in respect for humanity and the pursuit of truth. The free flow of information is not exclusive to the West, nor is it the privilege of any single platform. It is a basic right for every person in the pursuit of a better life. In reality, the firewall still exists, censorship remains strict, the use of VPNs faces various restrictions, and there are even rumors of even stricter controls to come. But precisely because of this, this dream is worth our protection and advancement.

Just as Martin Luther King Jr. said in his famous speech: “Even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream.” So do we. Even if many people can currently only spread ideas through private messages, group chats, or screenshots, and even if only a minority can see the wonderful content on X, the seeds have already been sown.
